Appliance Outlet's Product and Service Warranty

All appliances sold by Appliance Outlet of SWFL, LLC ("Appliance Outlet") carry a one (1) year parts and labor warranty.

Appliance Outlet warrants appliances and appliance parts that it sells to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase are free from defects in material and workmanship. During this period Appliance Outlet will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly handled, abused, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized agencies. Under no circumstances will the purchaser be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary.
